Story: A terrorist takes hostages to lure the px-studios Special Field Ops (SFO) team, V37 and nubis, into a trap. He seeks revenge and his goal is to kill the two of us and the 3 hostages. We muster up, strap on our guns and suits, and off we go. I can say that much: There is some killing, shooting, lots of emotion - and there's a happy end.
The most ambitious, most expensive and most demanding
project that px-studios.org produced thus far. Song we
used is the Metal Gear Solid 3 Theme, 6 minutes long.
We bought guns, vests and smoke powder for Special Field Ops,
shot at 2 different locations, V37s house and our old school.
I (V37) had huge plans for this project as an editor, and SFO still
fills me with pride whenever I see it. I also had huge plans for
the project as a director, too, but it was one day shooting the
whole thing, which was calculated way too short of course - we
could've used 3 XD - and I was technically brain dead after the
day in the school. Anyways, another half day at my place, another
3h reshoots at the school with only a handful of people - it was
intense, exhausting but definitely worth every second.
It took me two whole weeks to edit this video, I basically changed every clip's appearance - to give it the blue-ish, cold, low saturated look I wanted it to have. This is the project I am the most proud of.
